Baby Walkers 4U

Activity Station Introduction

The activity station covers a broad range of impressive baby products available on the market today. Whilst baby walkers allow the baby to move around the floor, activity stations are stationery (they may have a jumping mechanism built in though). Babies are of course curious and do enjoy moving around and so you may wonder how the activity station manages to entertain and keep babies occupied. Well, this is usually achieved by adding lots of colourful toys with music playing and gadgets moving around. Activity stations are designed for babies who can to hold their head up unassisted and this age will move on until the baby is able to climb out or walk. The leading products are certainly not cheap, usually costing between £70 and £100.

Activity Walker Introduction

A baby walker is designed to cater babies between the age of 4 and 16 months old when they are unable to walk freely. A baby would usually learn to walk between 9 and 16 months and an activity walker would move us on to the next phase once those first steps are taken. The design of the activity walker is made to support and nurture those first steps. Whilst baby walker prices tend to start from the £30 mark, an activity walker would tend to start from just the £20 mark. Some of the more sophisticated activity walkers come with lights, sounds, toys and the likes in all of the usual vibrant colours. All of the top baby walkers brands produce activity walkers with Chicco in particular being one of the leading names today.

Cosatto Baby Walker (Cosatto Origami Too Baby Walker)

There are just two designs available in the Cosatto Origami Too range at this time, but these two are certainly impressive ones. Cosatto's ethos is "Baby Stuff with Personailty" and this is certainly evident through their unique range of furniture, highchairs, pushchairs and so on. When it comes to Cosatto baby walkers, you will find four items in their entire range with the two covered today and there is also the Flip Flop 2 in 1 walker and the Happy Babi activity centre. The focus today is of course on the Cosatto Origami Too walker that comes in the "I Love Bubbles" design (blue/red) and the "I Love to Play" design (orange/pink). These baby walkers certainly come in very vibrant shades and I do like the look with the large spoke at the front. Features include electronic toys, speed restricting wheels with stair stop safety feature and the seat unit is height adjustable with a removable sponge clean seat. The retailer used here is Kiddies Kingdom who provide both designs at £45; to give you an idea of how competitive these prices are these same products cost £70 over at Freemans. The one issue here is that you will have to spend over £50 to receive free next day delivery and so you will have to spend a little more to earn this. The "I Love to Play" design in particular is a personal favourite.
